Not quite spooky, but certainly a monsterous song for Halloween, as The Human League sing about a 14-story high Empire State Human (clearly worthy of taking on Godzilla and King Kong). First released in the UK as a single from the debut album Reproduction in October of 1979, it peaked at number 62 on the charts.
